Where do you ship? Across the European Union.
What does it cost? Free within the EU over €150. Below that: €6.99 in Spain, €9.95 in the rest of the EU.
How long does it take? Most pieces dispatch within 2 to 5 business days and arrive 2 to 7 days later. Made-to-order pieces, like our hand-blown Murano glass, show their lead time on the product page.
Can I return a piece? Yes, within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed, under EU consumer law. Write to hello@peana.studio with your order number. The piece must come back in its original condition and packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details on the Refund & Returns page.
What if it arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we replace or refund it. No forms, no fight.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo? Every piece is natural stone or hand-blown glass. Veining, colour and small marks vary from piece to piece; that is the point of the material, not a fault.
How do I care for stone? Dust with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Keep oils and acids (wine, citrus) off unsealed stone. Use the wine cooler and bowls with their intended contents only.
How do I care for glass? Hand wash, lukewarm water, no dishwasher. Treat it like the handmade object it is.
Who is behind this? A small team in Barcelona, curating sculptural objects and furniture one piece at a time. The name is Spanish for the pedestal a sculpture stands on.
