You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under EU consumer law.
To start a return, write to us at hello@peana.studio with your order number. Items must come back in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Because each piece is natural stone, small variations in colour and veining are part of the material and are not considered faults. Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund the price of the goods within 14 days, to your original payment method.
If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund it.
