We ship across the European Union. Most pieces are dispatched within 2–5 business days; made-to-order pieces show their lead time on the product page. Delivery typically takes 2–7 days from dispatch, depending on your country.
Shipping is calculated at checkout — free within the EU over €150. Each piece is packed carefully for transit, as natural stone and glass are heavy and fragile. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right.
